Refund & Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

• unused

• undamaged

• in original packaging

3. Return Procedure

To request a return, customers must contact support and wait for authorization and instructions.

4. Return Costs

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

5. Refund Method

As orders are paid via COD, refunds are processed via:

• bank transfer, or

• another agreed method

Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective or incorrect, customers must contact support promptly for resolution.
